VXDIAG Multi Tool Porsche PIWIS Tester VCI not detcted

One of obdii365.com customer had the "No VCI has been detected" error when set up VXDIAG Multi Tool for Porsche and Land rover.

VXDIAG Porsche error:
VCI configuration instruction:
No VCI has been detected.
please ensure that the VCI is correctly connected to the tester via USB.
Click on Find VCI to start the search.

Obdii365 engineer solution:
It's normal.
This is VXDIAG Porsche PIWIS,not the original Porsche PIWIS Tester VCI.
If you use Porsche PIWIS Tester 2 stand-alone unit, you are able to do selfcheck.
